The Head 2 Toe Performance Program is designed to increase arm strength and velocity by developing players full-body strength and mobility required to compete at a high level. Led by instructor Nolan Wilson, this program strives to develop stronger, faster, healthier athletes while reinforcing the 704 mission to train all players to compete with freedom and instill player confidence and work-ethic in all we do.

Middle School, High School, and Collegiate Baseball players looking to increase arm strength, velocity, strength, explosiveness and overall athleticism. Recommended to players of all positions, not just pitchers.
Each player will begin with an initial screening and evaluation. Program design and structure will be tailored specifically to each player’s goals, strengths, weaknesses, and other factors such as current workload, in/out of season, and developmental level. Upon finalizing, the instructor will meet with the player (and parent if needed) to discuss program details and structure. This includes a review and demonstration of all throwing drills, conditioning workout protocols, and ensuring client access to online videos, documents, and all accompanying information outlined in the Program. 1 Month includes: 3 in-person guided sessions with program director or 704 SA trainer. Instructor “check-in” communication with client 1-2 times per week. Athlete/parent granted the right to communicate as needed with trainer via text, phone call, email, videos, to ensure program diligence and accountability. To further facilitate player development, the Head 2 Toe Performance Program includes a full-access membership to our indoor facility, granting athlete access to batting cages, throwing lanes, weightroom, and all training equipment during normal business hours for duration of month/months enrolled in Program.
